We shouldn't be expected to sell our lives to a company's bottom line. So, why are we working so much?

I've had a lot of jobs and many times people are astonished by what I walk away with. They ask how I do it and I always say: "I ask for it."

My philosophy is that there is no work/life balance. It's all just life.
